I like to make and give awards to team members–several 'Vesty' awards were given to colleagues each year at Lowe's	I enjoy having fun with my teams–One afternoon it started lightly snowing and most of my team left early so I made 'SlackrCrackr' awards and left one on each of their desks to find when they returned the next day!
